On the 11th August 2011 IRHC members met to establish the IRHC External Advisory Group (IEAG). The initiative followed feedback from the last IRHC Symposia where members suggested that there should be a membership advisory body which raised members issues directly with the IRHC Council.

IRHC held a Symposium on the 30th September 2010 at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland. The aim was to bring together key stakeholders involved with the provision of health care on the UKCS under the theme of “Standards in Offshore Medicine on the UKCS”.
